Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all consulting services sold by ZINO VISION L.L.C-FZ (“we”, “us”) — single sessions, consulting packages and monthly retainers — whether booked through this website, by email or by WhatsApp. It complements, and does not replace, any individual agreement signed between us.

2. Single sessions

• You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the session start time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable; one courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
• If you cancel with the required notice and do not wish to rebook, we will refund the full amount paid.

3. Consulting packages

• Cancellation up to 7 days before the agreed kick-off date: full refund.
• Cancellation after kick-off: refund of the unused sessions on a pro-rata basis, less the value of any audits, plans or other deliverables already produced.
• Individual sessions within a package follow the same 24-hour rescheduling rule as single sessions.

4. Monthly retainers

• Retainers may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
• The current billing month remains due and is non-refundable; no further amounts are charged after the notice period ends.

5. Non-refundable items

• Sessions already held and work already delivered;
• Third-party costs committed on your behalf and approved by you (e.g. advertising media spend, tools, production costs);
• Fees explicitly marked as non-refundable in a signed proposal.

6. How to request a refund

Email contact@zino-vision.com from the address used for the booking, stating the service concerned and the reason for the request. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Exceptional circumstances

If we have to cancel a session or an engagement for reasons on our side, you choose between a free reschedule and a full refund of the amounts concerned. Documented emergencies on your side are always assessed with common sense.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
